Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours' notice of your appointment. If you are running 15 minutes or less late to your appointment, please call ahead so we may inform your service professional. If your arrival is beyond 15 minutes late, you may be subject to forfeit your appointment completely. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours advance notice, it is considered a ''no show'' and your service professional may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a reoccurring issue, your service professional may refuse to provide you with future services.
