To ensure each client receives my full attention and the highest quality of care, all services will begin and conclude at their scheduled times. We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to settle in. Clients arriving more than five minutes late will still have their service conclude at the originally scheduled time in order to avoid delays for subsequent appointments. The full fee for the reserved service will apply. I charge a 25% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours' notice of your appointment. If you are running 15 minutes or less late to your appointment, please call ahead so we may inform your service professional. If your arrival is beyond 15 minutes late, you may be subject to forfeit your appointment completely. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours advance notice, it is considered a ''no show'' and your service professional may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a reoccurring issue, your service professional may refuse to provide you with future services.
